Elm Residential Design was founded in 2020 with a goal to share our passion for residential architecture. We are space creators, striving to balance a perfect blend of scale and proportion, who believe designs should be just as functional as they are beautiful. We take a personalized approach to each project, translating your vision with the latest architecture software. We are based in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area and service homebuilders and custom home clients across the United States.

MICHAEL PERKINS
Founder & Principal
Growing up in North Texas, Michael's attraction to architecture came early on. A high school drafting class further fueled his interest which inspired him to earn a degree in Architecture from the University of Texas @ Arlington. Before founding Elm Residential, he spent 15 years working in various roles at both local and national residential architecture firms. His forte has always been design, but vast experience instills success through each project. Michael is an active NCARB and Dallas Builders Association member.
